SHIPPING & RETURNS



Fabric

 

We do not guarantee the consistent appearance of any fabric as fabric colour and finish will vary from piece to piece. We will make every effort to represent a fair image of the cloth, but different fabric production runs and varied computer monitor settings mean that samples of fabric and images may vary from the final garment.

 

Where fabric is out of stock after placing the order, the Customer will be notified of the expected restocking date or offered an alternative cloth similar in color and value.

 

Delivery Times
 

Your clothing will be delivered to you usually within 14 days of confirmation of order & receipt of payment.  However, at times, turnaround and receipt of orders may vary depending on the type of garment, the level of service selected, current order volumes, fabric availability or on specific requirement orders. We shall make every attempt to deliver your goods on or before the estimated delivery date based on the advice given by the carrier regarding their maximum delivery times.

 

It should also be understood that priority orders can and may be processed before standard orders. Should there be a delay in the dispatch of a any order, we shall not be held liable for the delay, whether the loss is caused by delays in freight, acts of nature, human error, mechanical or technical errors and faults or due to customs procedures and schedules at the country of dispatch or delivery.

 

Liability for local taxes

The customer is liable for any local taxes or charges that may be incurred when receiving the package.

 

Returns/Refunds/Cancellations

 

As the goods supplied by us are of a custom-made nature, you must ensure that the information you provide us when placing an order is correct. If it later transpires that any information provided is incorrect, we shall not be held liable for the cost of any alterations to the product.

 

We shall also not be held liable for any issues resulting in a change in the customerís dimensions after the order has been placed. 

 

If the products supplied are defective or damaged and are documented by the client (within 3 days of receipt of goods), we will be responsible either for removal of the deficiencies or with a replacement delivery. If we are unable to alter or replace the product, you will be eligible for a refund less the cost of any shipping charges previously incurred as these are considered complete at that point. We retain ultimate discretion on whether a product is deemed faulty or not.

 

An order, once placed cannot be cancelled. If, under some circumstances, we agree to cancel the order, any cancellations charges and fees as may have been incurred by us will be deducted from the submitted payment before any refund is made.

If the item provided by us is as per the information provided by the customer at the time of order placement, no refund shall be granted.

If you wish to change any details of the order before it is dispatched, this may be done at our sole discretion and may incur an additional charge.

 

Alterations

 

We will complete all reasonable alterations, free of charge, to provide a well fitted garment, but hold the right to refuse alterations if we consider the garment to fit appropriately. The customer shall be liable for the postage cost from his side and we shall bear the cost from our side.

 

As a first time customer, we do understand your hesitation when it comes to buying made to measure garments online. If alterations were required on your first order, based on them, we will modify your measurements in your account so that we have them up to your requirement for your next orders. This makes the online shopping experience secure, reliable & accessible to everyone.
