What can
you do for me that a regular store doesn't offer?
When you buy a readymade garment you make sacrifices in style and fit.
Very often you have to settle for:
1: A sleeve length which is too long or too short.
2: Too big in the waist.
3: A collar which is too tight or too loose.
4: The wrong color to get a good fit.
5: A material you weren't happy with because the style was
okay.
A store carries standard varieties of style. Whenever you buy from them,
you are always buying a common rack of styled cloths. At Impressions
everything is custom tailored to your liking. This is the difference in
buying from a regular store and us.
Can I manage multiple measurements from one account?
Unfortunately no, you should keep your own measurement in your account
so that there is no mix up between orders. If you wish to order for
someone else please open a new account for this person and please make
sure his/her measurements are correct.
How do you know what my measurements are?
If you have ordered from us before (either in Thailand or during an
international visit) we will have your measurements on record. You must
inform us of your order number's)/reference number's)/customer number's)
that you were provided with. If you do not remember it, please contact us
and we will attempt to locate your details as quickly as possible.
If you have never ordered from us before, that is not a problem. We have
created a measurement guide that makes it as easy as possible for you to
supply your own measurements. You only need to do this once as your
measurements are stored online for all your future orders.
Do I have to get re-measured every time I order?
Not at all. Once we have your measurements on file, re-orders are
easy. If you want something new, all you have to do is select the cloth
and styles.
Can you copy a model that I have seen that I like?
Yes we can create any model you like. If you have seen a picture of an
item of clothing you would like us to recreate using your exact
measurements, please click on “Upload your own design”.
I want to buy a Shirt or Suit for someone else, is that possible?
It is surely possible to do so but first make sure you get the right
measurement from the person you wish to purchase the garment for. Then you
will need to create an account for this person.
Alternatively, you can send the person a gift voucher.
I have a friend who wants to talk to you about building his wardrobe.
How can he get in touch?
Ask your friend to create a new account on our website and invite him
to write to us. We respond to every inquiry and appreciate the opportunity
to be of service. Or send us his email in "Refer a friend" &
we shall get in contact with him. If he buys from us you will be rewarded
with referral points.
How accurate are your fabric samples and online images?
We try wherever possible to use up to date fabric samples and to
ensure accurate representations online. However, monitor settings vary and
images will differ from computer to computer.

Do I have to worry about shrinkage?
No, all our fabrics are pre-shrunk. Although there is always a
residual shrinkage of 2-3%, we allow for this shrinkage when we make your
clothes.
How do I trust that cloth is genuine?
A good question! Many online reputable tailors sell fake fabrics.
IMPRESSIONS TAILOR fully guarantees that the cloth we sell is all genuine.
We urge you to contact the mill representatives we buy from for
verification of our commitment to quality.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay via Credit Card or PayPal or Western Union Money Transfer
or you can also go to your bank website & pay for your order by
transferring the money into our bank account.
Can I make changes to my order?
You can make changes to your order only if you send a detailed email
to info@impressionstailor.com before we have started tailoring your
garment (usually 2-3 hours after you have placed the order). Once your
order is manufactured or shipped, no changes can be made.
Can I change my measurements for my next order?
If you noticed that your measurement were slightly wrong with your
last order, please take your measurement again like shown in our
measurement section. To update your measurement, please log into your
account and make the necessary changes in my measurements.
Alternatively, you can explain the changes required, in an email to us as
at info@impressionstailor.com. We will make the necessary changes in your
measurements.
How long will I wait for my clothing?
Your clothing will be delivered to you usually within 14 days. This
gives our tailors time to create your clothing from scratch and for us to
carry out full quality control before we dispatch the item. We always try
our best to deliver sooner. Urgent orders will be given
consideration.
Will my fabric be exactly the same if I reorder an item or extra
trousers?
Our fabrics are produced in limited lengths. There will be variations
between fabric rolls so separate orders using the same fabric code may
vary in appearance. Please contact us before reordering items such as
spare trousers to ensure the same fabric roll is still in stock.
Do you offer any type of Special Discounts on orders?
We do have discount on bulk orders generally orders of 700 Euro and
above. We do also offer regular monthly discount on some fabrics and run
occasional special offers as well. Do visit our website often for these
offers.
All discounts are made through our Coupon code system, if you are eligible
for a discount, please email our Customer Service (info@impressionstailor.com)
and we will get back to you with the appropriate code.
Do you offer corporate discounts?
We offer a range of corporate discounts for larger orders or for
inclusion on corporate discount lists. Please click here for more details.
Do you offer a service for weddings or group purchases?
Yes, we make for many weddings parties & companies. Contact us about
organizing a dedicated fitting session for your group.
Can I schedule an on-site visit with your master tailor in my home or
office?
Certainly, if you have five or more people interested in custom
tailored suits, we will be happy to make the arrangements. Our tailors
travel extensively throughout the world.
Can you make suits from fabric I supply?
Yes we can. If you have your own cloth or intend on buying your own,
get in contact with us before you send it to us to ensure that you send
the right amount of cloth.
Kindly be informed also that the import duties on fabrics coming into
Thailand are 30% on the CIF value & an additional VAT of 7%. Any costs
have to borne by the sender.
What is your guarantee?
We fully guarantee all our garments to be exactly as ordered,
according to measurement, fabric and styling information as provided by
customer. We carry a lifetime free repair of any seam. Additional buttons
are always free for the asking.
Purchasing Gift Vouchers.
Gift Vouchers are purchased just like any other item in our store. You
can pay for them using the stores standard payment method's). Once
purchased the value of the Gift Voucher will be added to your own personal
Gift Voucher Account. If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you
will notice that the amount now shows in the Shopping Cart box, and also
provides a link to a page where you can send the Gift Voucher to some one
via email.
How to Send Gift Vouchers?
To send a Gift Voucher that you have purchased, you need to go to our
Send Gift Voucher Page. You can find the link to this page in the Shopping
Cart Box in the right hand column of each page. When you send a Gift
Voucher, you need to specify the following:
The name of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to.
The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to.
The amount you want to send. (Note you don't have to send the full amount
that is in your Gift Voucher Account).
A short message which will appear in the email.
Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly.
Buying with Gift Vouchers.
If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you can use those
funds to purchase other items in our store. At the checkout stage, an
extra box will appear. Clicking this box will apply those funds in your
Gift Voucher Account. Please note you will still have to select another
payment method if there is not enough in your Gift Voucher Account to
cover the cost of your purchase. If you have more funds in your Gift
Voucher Account than the total cost of your purchase the balance will be
left in you Gift Voucher Account for the future.
Redeeming Gift Vouchers.
If you receive a Gift Voucher by email it will contain details of who
sent you the Gift Voucher along with possibly a short message from them.
The email will also contain the Gift Voucher Number. It is probably a good
idea to print out this email for future reference. You can now redeem the
Gift Voucher in two ways.
1. By clicking on the link contained within the email for this
express purpose. This will take you to the store's
Redeem Voucher page. You will the be requested to
create an account, before the Gift Voucher is validated and
placed in your Gift Voucher Account ready for you to
spend it on whatever you want.
2. During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment
method there will be a box to enter a
Redeem Code. Enter the code here, and click the redeem
button. The code will be validated and added to your
Gift Voucher account. You can then use the amount
to purchase any item from our store.
When problems occur.

possible in the email.
